Is a mortgage allowance and a sports car loan payments considered to be a duty conjecture?
My mom passed away and I do not if these are claimable items as tax deductions or not she be paying monthly payments on both.I am filing her taxes ,can anyone advise me on this .thank you

If she itemizes, then mortgage interest and real estate taxes for the home are deductible. If she doesn't itemize, up to $500 of the existing estate taxes can be added to her standard deduction.
Car payments aren't deductible.
Neither Mortgage Payment nor Car Loan are charge deductible unless either one is used for business. What you can deduct are the following on Schedule A as Itemized estimate;
Medical Expenses exceeding .075 X her AGI
State Income Tax
Real Estate Property Tax
Personal Property Tax
Mortgage Interest
Casualty and Theft Loss
Employee and Misc Expenses exceeding .02 X Her AGI
Charitable Contribution
