Applied mortgage loans next to 2 brokers?
I am in the process of applying for a mortgage loan. I have contacted two brokers. They both sent me application and other documents. I wonder if I will be contained by any trouble if I sign two applications. Thanks!
You have to be exceptionally careful when signing those contracts. Some have huge fees for signing so you might hold to pay those fees for both and penalty fees for whichever contract you brake.
