I don't think it will work....
She can be a nice daughter and help you spawn the mortgage payments but the mortgage stays in your name unless you trade the house to her and she refinances the mortgage and puts it in her name.
Same go for the tax credits... I don't think the IRS will shift along with the idea... Talk to your accountant that does your taxes beforehand you sign any papers.
She cannot take the interest deduction from you mortgage. To take the deduction, you must be rightfully responsible for the mortgage -- ie, her name has to be on the mortgage. Likewise, she can't nick the property tax deduction since the property isn't contained by her name.
If she's looking for the first time home buyer credit, it would definitely be rates fraud.
That is tariff fraud...
She is not a 1st time buyer and it isnt her primary residence...
