Why the Gov.can't minister to mid-class ethnic group beside mortgage problems and credit problems?

To me this is on emore way that the government is going to wipe out the middle class. It is by design and theory that there will be no longer three classes of relatives. It is leaning towards the upper and the lower. Just look around and see how many society now can afford a house, vacations and even alot of other luxuries similar to it was back within the day. My opinion is that until that time too long the middle class will cease to exist and the rich will get richer and the poor will draw from alot poorer. The government is afraid that if they give inhabitants cash, they will not spend it wisely. (those that hold trouble)
Statistics show that if you were to give a human being is severe debt 10,000, they would spend it unwisely.
And its not all middle class that is contained by trouble. It's only about 20% to be exact having trouble with making loans and credit cards. Most middle class ethnic group did not make option arms, and lease a 40,000 dollar truck.

Because that is not the government's job. You receive yourself in trouble, you get yourself out of trouble.
The establishment DOES NOT MAKE MONEY. They get their money from the people who work and recompense taxes. You get yourself in trouble buying a 60-inch plasma, don't expect everybody else to recompense it off for you.
When you get surrounded by trouble, are you going to ask the police to put a gun to your next-door-neighbor's head and force them to give you money when it be nobody's fault but yours that you're in a bind? Well, asking the organization to get you out of trouble that you got yourself into is merely like asking the police to put a gun to your neighbor's head to pilfer his money to pay off your mortgage...

They don't want to. Pure and simple. If congress considered necessary anything fixed, they would fix them. Their primary concern is staying in power. Fixing the countries problems is just hot nouns.
