If a action to a house is contained by your term but here is no mortgage would it be on your credit report?

I am currently renting to own with a contract. We pay the dealer every month. The only problem is that since we do have an actualy mortgage and he does not report to the credit bureaus our payments are not effecting our credit. We are trying to build up our credit. The action of the house is to be in our name soon and I be wondering if the actual deed effects your credit?
Answers:
Your credit report doesn't report assets, individual credit so the deed to your house isn't showing up and since your seller isn't reporting to the credit agencies it will not show up. The action will effect your ability to borrow but not your credit score. You will saturate out a net worth statement that shows you assets and liabilities for your lender.
Yes and no. If he doesn't report it afterwards no it will not matter on your credit. The deed to the property otherwise could help when you want to buy something else because you have the work to a property, as an asset.
But it will also not count against your income to debt ratio, so try to build it up another way, quick payments, small credit cards etc....
Sorry to say, no it doe's not. Source(s): Finance Manager for over 7-years.
i infer that you renting to own and the seller dont report to the credit bureaus then the house for sure is not on your report, but if the utilities are on your designation, then it nis possible for those (utilities) to be on your report whether you renting or own, . i would advice that you ask the merchant to report to the credit agencies ,since you make payments and also looking forward to building your credit, because the payments you make in a minute benefits whoever has the house on their name . it,s only just like you paying to build othere peoples credit Source(s): self knowledge
