How to attain a mortgage stale my credit history if my info be stolen?
My wife found out a few days ago that someone had signed for a mortgage under her info contained by 2005, and now creditors are coming after her. How does she prove her info was stolen and she never used that money for nil? She says she thinks someone took her drivers license for a few days and later returned it to the house of her ex-bf. Because she says she remembers her license coming up missing for about a week and next suddenly reappearing, but she thought nothing of it.
