Is in attendance such a point as a no credit check mortgage?

I have a judgement against me and would like to know if it is still possible to grasp a mortgage and if so who can I contact?
Answers:
No, but nearby is a no income verification loan, so you can still work it out and get the loan, only at a higher rate.
I know that this is not what you asked but I just needed to put my 2 cents in (which is about adjectives that it is worth adjusted for inflation of course)
ANYHOOO,

If you have a judgement against you, WHY WOULD YOU WANT A MORTGAGE?
If the judgement is recent (or even if it is not), the soul who won the judgement can come and take your house.
They will probably wait until you enjoy some equity in the home if you are lucky or worse

they can put a lien on the house so that you can NEVER move because you cant sell it .
Even if you are competent to find somoene to give you a mortgage, you might be committing fraud if you answer the loan questions concerning judgements without disclosing this as I do believe that this is one of the questions that you are asked within the paperwork.
If it is not (it was a long time ago when I filled them out), please investigate and take home sure you know what the limits for collection are in your state. They might not be capable of do this in certain places, but I know within the state where I live and the one next to it, they can.

GOOD LUCK!
No, all mortgages require a full credit check. However, there are masses lenders out there that will loan to you if you can prove you are making payments on that judgment, or that it's still within dispute, (meaning you have an attorney). And they are usually looking for at least a 12 month history of payments on that debt.
If it's small adequate, pay it. It will save you profoundly of headache later. Source(s): mortgage lender
