Why is my mortgage company describing me they can't provide me a copy of my credit report? What is the tenet on this?
Didn't the law change next to FACTA?? If someone knows, please give me a mention of some kind so that I can show them and get a copy. Thanks so much!

I think you're conversation about the FCRA. Only if you are declined a loan for some purpose. And even then, they do not provide you the credit report. They only provide you near the reason for decline.
You have to ask the credit bureaus for your report.
First responder is correct. But I can get a copy on request from my bank, and some potential lenders will dispense you a copy as a courtesy if they pull a copy for their own use. (I suspect that they are not supposed to do so.)
Are you working directly near a lender, or with a broker?
If you're working with a broker, the broker should be capable of obtain the credit report pulled by the lender.
If you're working directly with a lender, they should be capable of send you a copy as well if you be denied the loan.
From the FTC website:
"Under federal law, you’re entitled to a free report if a company takes adverse deed against you such as denying your application for credit, insurance, or employment and you ask for your report within 60 days of receiving make out of the action. "
If you weren't denied credit they don't need to provide a credit report.
