In Arizona, do local (State chartered) bank and credit union still hold residential mortgages?

Most all banks do some type of loans, some don't do as risky loans as others. You simply enjoy to find out what loans are available at the institution in which you do Business.
Some lean toward the business lending, some are more within the residential mortgage lending. Some are simply in the business of doing regular bank business.
