If the inquiries are in a short span of time, credit reporting agency may consider them as one inquiry and will not hurt your win. That is a part of freedom you have to prod for the best rate and other options. Source(s): http://www.bills.com/credit-score/
We are going through this right now. Yes it does affect your credit but it will say on your credit report that you own had people checking it. It doesn't affect it a in one piece lot but definitely has some impact. Stupid I know since they enjoy to check to see if you qualify for a loan but it still affects it. Hope this helps.
Inquiries done within a 14 calendar day interval are all considered one shopping effort, so won't impairment your credit. If you do multiple shops outside the 14 day window, it will hurt your credit for just about 3 months.
So, just shop lots but shop quickly and you should be fine.
I have very good luck next to a loan from the pentagon federal credit union - reasonable rates, rapid service.
As long as the inquiries are in a short length of time, they are considered as one inquiry for a mortgage and will not hurt your score. You are expected to shop around for a best rate on a mortgage.
