Credit Score, Installment Loans, Mortgage, WOW!?

Ok I know staying 30% or below on your credit limit, but what about installment loans, and something as big as a auto loan, or a mortgage? Don't they throw your credit gain out a whack because that's way more than 30% all together. I be wondering if FICO 08 look at different categories of your credit score instead of simply one category. Doesn't make much since at first, so any help since adjectives these are including in your debt-to-credit part of your ranking or credit utilization as I have seen it.

Don't worry more or less percentages. If you pay in good time every 12 months, your credit score will go up, time of year. Source(s): Retired bill collector 35 years
It's just credit card debt to credit card restriction. Installment loans and mortgages are different categories.
The merely thing that is included within your debt to credit ratio is your revolving credit like credit cards and lines of credit.

Scores are based on the following factor only;
1. Payment history (longer the better) 35%
2. Time in bureau (longer the better) 15%
3. Types of credit (mix of revolving & installment) 10%
4. New credit (inquiries & hot accounts) 10%
5. Debt to credit ratio (lower the better) 30%

Notice there is no mention of debt to income ratios that is to say because this ratio has nothing what so ever to do next to credit scores. Source(s): Finance Manager for over 9-years / 2009 edition Consumer Action Handbook.
it's installment debt not revolving notes
