Is it possible to procure a mortgage next to little or no credit history, a fully clad paying opening and in the order of $30,000 down?
I have had a opening for 5 years full time, working through college and University. Now getting Masters with a good full time mission with excellent pay. Unfortunately no credit history as I never needed credit until presently, I would like to buy a home. I saved up a bit of money whilst at University somewhat over 30,000, can I buy a home?
Answers:
most likely yes. you would hold to go FHA because of the credit. and you may not need to put adjectives that down you only need 3-5% of what your borrowing.do you hold any assets? (money market funds, 401k, life insurance, stuff similar to that) if you are in the Los Angeles area you could email me and possibly we could do business. hope to hear from you!

make sure the $30,000 equals at least 25%

Yes you can. I deal with a mortgage broker in my firm and it is possible to get a mortgage loan with no credit history. You of late have to show that you can pay of the loan within the set amount of time and not get behind. Since you already enjoy 30K you will not have to borrow as much either.
Good luck. You may want to shop around a bit for a loan. I suggest you see an independant mortgage broker who is not affiliated near any particular bank.
