Is it possible to draw from a mortgage contained by NJ beside a 638 credit evaluation?
Im looking at a home for 319K, I will have at least $110000 for the Dutch auction of my home. My husbands score is a 638. We do not have any sports car payments. Is this possible for obtaining a mortgage. I'm very worried and enjoy yet to list my home for Dutch auction out of fear.

I think it is unlikely -- 720 seems to be the "unwritten" minimum at the moment.
