My fiance is a home owner and pays his mortgage. He lives beside me but don't payment rent, should he money rent?

Answers:
Depends - does he contribute in other ways - food, power etc.

Did you discuss this when he moved in ?

He unquestionably should be contributing something to the household - but a fiance wouldn't normally pay rent - a flatmate would.

You obligation to look at each others finances and discuss who pays for what.

If you own your own home and he is contributing directly to your mortgage - he will have a claim over the property if you break up.

You want to have some sort of written agreement.
In all honesty, you should be living up contained by his house if he is a homeowner and pays his mortgage. Since you guys are definitely getting married, why not start moving in and getting cozy?
You're marrying the guy, why would you expect him to pay rent?
I'm a little confused... why doesn't he live in the house he owns?

It's up to you if you want him to relief you with the rent. Have you asked him to help you?

If you guys are going to be getting married soon, where on earth will you be living?
I estimate he should, unless you two have some understanding that you will win some money if the property is sold or rented out.

It may be financially straining for him to do both but I don't see how you are getting any benefit from this arrangement. Truthfully, I think it's a question of financially equality surrounded by the relationship.
Why don't you move in his house & you not repay rent?
Absolutely! The mortgage is for a house HE OWNS, it is NOT SHARED with you.
If he chooses not to reside in HIS home, it should be rented to clear for itself, and then he should be contributing to the household you and he share, by no less than partially. It's an absolute no brainer! Period... If he insists on not helping you with the roof over his own director, he is being selfish. I disgust to say this, but you're getting a heads-up. ..a view into your adjectives with guy. Even married couples help respectively other. HIS HOUSE is getting paid for while you are paying his share of the rent.
if he owns his own house than why is he living with you ! why arnt you living beside him !
it scares me that you are getting married and you haven't ever discussed this with him.

clear up your financial adjectives in no uncertain expressions, otherwise you're pretty much banking on a divorce.

punn shamelessly intended.
