Home Mortgage Loan?

Does anyone know a company in Ohio that will give you a home mortgage loan for an investment property? We hold excellent credit and already own our home and do not want to take out a home equity loan. The problem we are having is we just need the loan for $18000 and can not find anyone who will loan that little bit for a mortgage
