How much would the mortgage be for a home going for 2.7 million?
I stay in the VA area and homes are getting expensive. I am merely curious. I know it would be very costly. I am a college student and want to be a first time homeowner in the adjectives. Can someone just give me a rough estimate please. Thank you.
Answers:
probably about 15,000.00 per month and unless you are a millionaire dont even consider this house at that price an option .Pick something cheaper and nearby are nicer houses with cheaper prices . good luck .
You can go to my website www.Thomas2Sell.com. There is a mortgage calculator on at hand so you can play around with the loan amount and interest rate as well as the permanent status length.
It depends on how long you want to nouns - 15 ye=rs, 20 yrs, 30 yrs and so on. It also depends on how much interest the bank or the lender will charge - 4%, 6%, 7%,9% and so on. It also depends on what percent the bank is ready to finance - usually not the whole 2.7million, may be 60 to 75%.
Now you travel to "www.realestate.yahoo.com/calculators/pa…
Somehow it is not printing the whole web site. After .com,
it should be /calculators/payment.html.
There you will know how to plug in all kind of numbers and combinations of the above mentioned variables and get your answers readily on line- user interaction allowed.
Hope you live in a big dream house after you graduate and return with a job. Good Luck.
$2,700,000 for 30 years at 6.12% rate, monthly payments would be approximately $16,396.70 !
Go to my network site and use the mortgage calculator.
It's fun playing around with the numbers.

yes! you would not be albe to nouns at 100% but the mortgage would be 30yr fixed 5% (the rate would surely be higher but you wanted an erudite guess!
principle and interest !
$14,495.00 a month
you can play with the numbers using the link for the mortgage calculator below Source(s): http://www.directlendingplanet.com/loan_…

Depends on length of mortgage (amortization) and Interest rate.
A 30-year mortgage at 5% = just lower than $15,000 per month. This does not include the necessary insurance and taxes.
