After 90 days human being at the rear on mortgage, how long can you stay contained by home?

I really need to know if I have to move urgently after 90 days or if I have a few more weeks before I own to get out!
Answers:
It does depend on the bank, however, make them prove that you own them and you want to see copies. Most of the time, your mortgage have been sold many times over and they lose quality newspaper work. Sometimes, it can't take as long as a year. Also, Obama is trying to pass where on earth you can stay in your home longer by renting it for a year. I would wait as long as you can, especially former the New Year, but be prepared to move your stuff quick if needed. Good Luck!
If you are working w the bank, loan extensions. reduction of loan to value or need extended recompense time to catch up, and if you want to keep your home, w alternate financing, want to contact local housing authority/honest mortgage/bank. Attend a meeting on foreclosure alternatives, you'll be surprised. The banks don't want your house. Please don't bestow animals, pets abandoned, take them to the pound or fashion other arrangements. It's was said at one of those townhall foreclosure meetings, to stay within the house as long as possible and if you walk away or abandon it, works against you. There's a long smudge ahead of you.
Depends on the bank and the courts. Basically you hold until the sheriffs department comes to your front door and kicks you out. I would move ASAP
