I strongly suggest you consider finding a different mortgage company. Countrywide on it's best day is a royal anguish. Customer service reps with heavy accent that can only read the scripted reply, no matter what the put somebody through the mill. And Countrywide has some very interesting unmarked math when it comes to calculating monthly escrow amounts.
Regardless, of whether or not you close, tolerate me see if I understand this correctly.
