Can I FSBO beside a lien on my home? No mortgage?

I own a home, no mortgage, but I have a lien on it for a line of credit. Can I vend the home on say a 3 year balloon and pay sour the lien at closing in 3 years as long as keep up the payments to the dash of credit?
Answers:
You can not transfer the title until the lien is paid rotten.
It gets done all the time - and the lien holder probably would not foreclose on you for doing it......... however it will violate the due on Dutch auction clause without a doubt, so they could call the information due if they wanted.
