What is a apposite comapny for a mortgage loan? I enjoy a excellent credit 20% down (for 400K home) but ..?

no proof of income. I talked to BofA and they wont approve me unless I show 2 years of income tax of 70k. I can show 1 year ok 10k and 1 of 70K. Any direction on a easier company to deal with?

Edit - Thanks for the additional info. All you have to do is show Bofa the income you've earn from your business for the past 2 years. They don't only bear into account you business income though. The fact that you own good business assets that may serve as collateral is actually greatly surrounded by your favor.
