If we are surrounded by evasion on our mortgage would we be capable of outdo escrow to buy a mobile home?

There are a million different factors that would go into this...but surrounded by all likelihood I'm going to own to say that the answer will be "No." You're too big a risk, and will have abundantly of trouble getting a loan if they see that you couldn't handle the loan you're currently in evasion on.
