Don't do it! My landlord couldn't pay his mortgage on his investment property, so I moved surrounded by, and now I've learned that he's basically been keeping my rent money and the house is in foreclosure. Any morning now, I'm going to get a discern on my front door telling me to move within 24 hours, and I can't afford to because my proprietor won't return my deposits. You may have to pay for a moment tiny bit extra, but it's worth it to have a home that you can live in!
