Can I combine my PC Home Mortgage next to my Scotia Bank Professional Line of Credit?

I would like to get rid of my Professional Line of Credit (this be my student loan). I have around $40Gs left on it and I would close to to put it on my mortgage and just pay a difficult bi-weekly mortgage payment. Can I do this? and how?
Answers:
You would have to refinance your current mortgage and use the equity contained by your home to payoff the existing loan, assuming you have 40K in equity.
You will obligation to go through a process to refinance the mortgage and get a dosh out of the equity built up in the house. Then use the cash to wages off your line of credit.

If here is no equity in the value of the house after you can not do this.
