Usually the females can have 3-4 batches of fry before having to be in contact with a male again. They can keep the sperm for a few months. As for the average fry count, that would depend on the age of the fish. Livebearers tend to have more fry the older they are. They also have fry every 28 days so I would guess they are fertile right after giving birth.
