Would one more frog hurt to put in there. A friend dont want his any longer and i don't want to see any thing happen to it. I Know i am pretty well stocked already.
I AM NOT LOOKING FOR ANY ONE TO TELL ME I AM OVER STOCKED. I just want to know if it really hurt to add one more frog to save its life.
Answers:
add the frog just change the water often
one frog won't matter. why so many frogs, though?
The rule you want to follow is one inch of fish / frog / gallon
that is 1 inch by 1 inch
so look at what you already have in there and if it is already there do not add any thing else
The fish you have to keep at the right temp and have the water a certain way
the toads are they land toads or water toads
if they are water toads most do not need so much water care you usually do not need to control the temp so much.
(depending on the kind)
The frog you do not have to control the temp
so much it has a much greater temp range.
so why not have one tank for the fish and one for the toads and frog
try this site it has lots of info on fish and may be toads and frogs
they are written by vets for any pet
the site is

no it shoundnt make a difference. theres a rule 1 gallon per 1 inch of fish and you have 28 fish all under and about an inch. if the frog is a little guy still it shouldnt hurt your set-up. but i would advise getting a bigger tank say a 50 gallon if you have room in your home to properlly care for them when they get bigger, im not saying you have to run out and do it just wait a year or so and see how bigg they get.
