If i put a little frog (about 1in. high) in my beta fish tank, will it live?

If you are talking about an African Dwarf frog, then yes it will. The betta will not attack it and in some cases it is the frog who is bothering the betta and nipping at their fins. As stated earlier, you need to keep a lid on the tank at all times. The frog will shimmy up the glass and you will come home to a dead, dried up frog. And BTW they arent blind. Bettas only attack their own kind and other fish that have long, flowing fins, so the frog is all good.

Those little aquarium frogs do OK living with fish. If it's a wild frog that you caught down by the pond, he may not survive.

Beta fish won't bother the frog, in any case. They only beat up on each other.

EDIT: make sure you have a tight lid over the aquarium. Those little frogs WILL escape. I've been there.
I'll say it again, it needs to be able to get out of the water.
These little dwarf frogs are blind by the way so it takes much longer for them to find food. I think your betta will out-compete it, and if it is aggressive enough, could even kill it...but it depends on the fish you have already.
sure it will if its the kind that lives in water. I went to wal-mart and they sell fish i also sall frogies. my 4th grade teacher owns like 6 frogies and shes had them for years. they probably wont live if you got them from out side. Plus it depends on the type of frog u have. They probably wont be good because it depends on how much you feed them, wat you feed them, how you treat them, and with wat and how you clean your water. go into google and find tips to take care of your fish

love me.
Your betta will probably leave your frog alone because the frog is not potential prey to your betta.
itll be ok just make land space for da frog(s)
african dwarf frogs dont need anyland, when they need air they shoot up to the top then shoot back to the bottom again.
I was told they were compatable at Pet Supplies Plus with the only different requirement being sinking pellets for the frog and floating pellets for the fish. So we got the african clawed dwarf frog but my male beta attacks the frog. The beta displays his war face and bites the little 1" frog. feel sorry for the little guy, i wasn't planning on two tanks so the frog is going back to the pet store.
