What are some good dried and nutritional food that I could feed to my fish?

Question:Current fish:
2 Cherry Barbs
2 Bronze Cory

Answers:
Ditto to the above. Shrimp pellets would be a good choice for both types of fish. Of course, regular sinking food pellets are a good staple for them and just add the pellets and other foods mentioned every few days.

possible pellets, worms (those that are cubed), crustaceans (not those big one, try buying the fine cut ones).
The only dried foods that have a lot of nutrition are flakes and pellets (in your case, those made for tropical species). Freeze-dried bloodworms lose some of their value, and adult brine shrimp of any sort (unless enriched with spirulina or fatty acids) have very little.

If you want to add some variety to their diets (and providing variety is the best thing you can do to provide the best nutrition) is to add some frozen (not freeze-dried) foods. Bloodworms and daphnia would be good for smaller species like yours, as well as enriched adult brine shrimp or baby brine shrimp. You might be able to find some live foods as well - blackworms, mosquito larvae, etc.

If you do try any freeze-dried foods, soak them in a little tank water to soften them before feeding. Too much dried foods can lead to constipation problems. And a little fresh veggie matter (cooked pea with the skin removed, cooked or frozen squash slices, or some Romaine lettuce) is always a nice treat.
freeze dried tubeflex worms, red worms are fun. Cory's being bottom feeders try shrimp pellets (fish love them)
