How long does water ager takes to neutralise chlorine tap water?

Question:Just bought this water ager agent - said to neutralise chlorine water instantaneously.is that true? Instanteously?

Answers:
Pretty much immediately. If you're very concerned, wait a few minutes. The dechlorinator will not "Age" or cycle your water though - it will not create the eco-system that your fish need to survive. If you're setting up a tank for the first time, you need to add the dechlorinator... and then wait a few weeks. Add one or two fish... then wait another week. Keep adding fish very slowly - add too many at once and you'll throw off the levels in your water and kill all of your fish.

well, yes. As far as I know dechlorinator pretty much instantly dechlorinates water. Just add it prior to putting it in with your fish.
as soon as contact with water it does
Yes instantly. Also should mention that if you ever need to clean your filter, do it in a bucket of de-chlorinated water.
