Betta and cory cat?

Question:Can 1 betta and 1 cory catfish live in a 1 gallon tank?

Not really - Cory cats are schooling fish and it would be wiser to get a little bit of a bigger tank so that you can keep a few of them (if you want to see them at their healthiest and most active). Technically though, Betta's can be kept with Cory's without issues.
