Question:can 2 cherry barbs live in a 2 gallon glass dish with river rocks and lucky bambo?
and
can a crayfish live in a minibow junior aquarium kit? WITH NO FISH!
Answers:
no, cherry barbs need an aquarum, i.e tank, water, filter, current.
If you cant get an aquarium, you shouldnt be getting fish.
If you are questioning the 1 inch per gallon rule, that rule my friend, has been outdated for years. It was a very wrong rule for many reasons.
Yes u can have ur crayfish in there, it should have a filter, and you will be ok. Just remove the exo-shell after they molt. So it doesnt mess up your filter.
yes.no really, i have no idea what you are talking about
The first question I would say you need a small aquarium at least and you need some type of air filtration for the fishes oxygen.
On the crayfish question, yes. I had one and he was a very cool pet. Easy to take care of too, since they are scavengers. Your right about the fish too, the crayfish will eat them if they are smaller than him. Larger fish will eat the crayfish.
will u give me double point for answering?
The Cherry Barbs will not work because they will suffocate. Fish extract oxygen from the water with their gills. When water is not being oxygenated (the water's surface is constantly broken allowing oxygen into the water), the fish runs out of oxygen and dies. It would work if you had an air pump, heater and filter, but then you might as well have a real tank. Put the Cherry Barbs in the Minibow Junior with a heater and leave the Crayfish where you found it. The Minibow would probably be too small for the Crayfish anyway... Good luck!

I would put the barbs in the junior aquarium and the crayfish in the glass bowl.
Your barbs really need to have some sort of filter. Where as your crayfish really doesn't need it.
