Question:My guppy is huge pregnant and I just noticed her swiming short distances and then like falling to the bottom. She also has a tail sticking out(no lie), but she has not had a baby. When will she have her babies?

If you seen already a tail sticking out it should be just a matter of time.

Any time now does she have a mate?
And when she give birth you should separate the fry into a empty tank and feed him baby brine shrimp.
And when big enough feed him flakes.

just leave it, don't worry, she'll take care of it herself. trust me, how do u think they survive in the wild!? but just so u no, it's normal for guppys 2 have babies from eggs and sometimes their not born from eggs...i no its wierd, but its also true. anyway, she will be fine, and u gotta be sure to watch her closely, cause guppy parents eat the babies. what u gotta do is after the babies are born, but them in a seperate tank with all of the same things as the other one. guppies a solitary creatures, so i don't no how they would do with that many guppys in 1 container. just be careful, cause guppys normally don't live that long after they have babies (i THINK, i'm not quite sure, but if i were u i'd b prepared)

Just transfer your guppy to another container with new fresh water and water plants. It need in a new water to labor.
Guppy give live birth. They are different from other fish that lay egg. the little fishies need to be separated from the adults. To avoid being eaten.
You also need to separate the mother from the little fish when she finish giving birth. She will also eat her babies when she gets hungry.
she should be having them in a lil bit u should put her into a guppy breeder it keeps the fry (baby fish) safe 4rm getting eatin

you just have to wait. dont try to move her anywhere else until the babies are born. after the babies are born you might want to move them into a breeder net or else the mother will eat them. when my fish go into labor i leave the light off. they seem to do better that way.
