Question:fresh water tank? And if so how can you clean this tank, as there is alot of salt residue. Can you scrape it with a razor?? Or is this tank just now junk?

Most of the salt will come off with just water. Stubborn deposits may take a dilute vinegar solution or a razor, if the spots are old coralline algae.
There is a chance some of what you see might not be able to be removed - the higher pH of saltwater and cichlid tanks can permanently etch the glass, so this can't be removed. The good news is that even with permanent etching, the cloudiness of the glass isn't as visible when the tank is filled with water.
you have to wash it and wash it with soap n stuff to get rid of the salt. then it is OK to use
dont use soap on it!!!!!
dont use a razor on it you couls cut the seals!!
if you want to clean it wash it with plain warm water to get most of the salt off.
then wash it again with viniger untill its clean then again wash it with warm water to get the viniger off.

ditto to copper, vinegar. i have heard that you can use muriatic acid to remove stuff, dilute 10 to 1 with water but i wpouldnt try it, came from a guy who really knew hisa stuff and owned a reef specialty store but again i wouldnt, seems way over powered to me. it may take alot of scrubbing but most if not all of it should come out, if it doesnt you have a good sump lol
