Answers:
you choose, its not my tank
None, they all require different water chemistry settings. The archers do best in brackish water, black ghost knifes in fresh water (usually a little hard). I don't think these will work well together at all. You should look into chemistry and water quality concerns a little more before diving into these fish.
Sorry but none of those combos will work.
The BGKF could grow to 20"+ so too large for the tank & archerfish are a shoaling species and most of the ones available require brackish water.
There is one species that will thrive in freshwater but they are rarely available and even if you could find any your tank isn't large enough for a shoal. The brackish species can live in freshwater while young but don't thrive unless moved to brackish once they grow past about 4 -5 inches. Unfortunately people will sell these brackish fish ( as with other brackish species) as freshwater as they will be long past their return date before being kept in the wrong water conditions kills them off.
You could have a couple of ABF and a Ctenopoma acutirostre together.
How about a trio of Synodontis nigriventris to complete the tank?
