I HAVE HAD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM IN MILWAUKEE AND I WOULD GIVE THEM GOOD RATINGS, BUT I REALLY LIKED MY LOAN OFFICER. HE WAS MORE OF A PERSONAL TOUCH AND GAVE MANY DIFFERENT IDEAS ON WHAT I COULD DO. HE ACTUALLY GAVE ME DIFFERNET CHOICES FOR COSTS, LIKE WETHER ITS ROLLED INTO THE LOAN AS CLOSING COST AND YOU GET A LOWER RATE OR THERE IS NO COST AND THE RATE IS A LITTLE HIGHER. SO NO COMPLAINTS AND WOULD BE GLAD TO REFER YOU TO HIM IF YOU'RE IN WI.
