The really sad thing about this is that all of those dogs are going to be kept as evidence until the trial and then euthanized (those next weeks/months will probably the best times of their lives).
Dog Fighting should have stiffer penalties, this is one of the things that are destroying this beautiful breed. And most likely those dogs are all people friendly, but will kill a dog in a heart beat because they have been conditioned to do so.

I totally agree with you, Sarah. It's so awful that these stupid people think it's fun or amusing to watch dogs kill other dogs.. and that's the kind of thing that gives pit bulls a bad reputation! Also, that kind of stuff is on animal cops all the time.

I don't really agree with breeding vicious dogs and they should be phased out. Even the owners can't control them.
I'd like to stick the fight bettors and organizers in the ring with the dogs! They want blood sport, give them blood sport!
