Either way, the puppies are cute, usually with the pug face but the pekinese ears and sometimes with the mid-length pekinese fur. This site includes info on the breed and links to puppies for sale as well as several photos of this kind of cross breed at various ages and some info on their temperament. A dog need not be a pure breed to be a wonderful pet. I have an AKC registered Yello Lab and a Miniature Dachsund/Rat Terrier mix. Both are wonderful dogs. Choose your pet based on the health of the animal, life span average you are looking for, size and hair length you want, and activity level/personality traits that fit your lifestyle and NOT on whether or not the dog is just cute or someone tells you it is a "worthless cross breed". It's cross breed between a Pekanese and a Pug. This is not a pure breed it is a cross breed.
It is a worthless mutt. Don't pay for anymore than vetting done. Don't get snookered.
It could lokk any number of ways due to it being a mixed dog.

It's a mixed breed..what they look like is anyones guess..it could look like a wirey pug or a wrinkled Pekingese.
Pugs get alot ear infections and have breathing problems.
its not a "kind" of dog - its a mutt with a fancy name and high price tag... of low quality...
IF either parent were good quality for its breed they would be breeding purebreds - NOT mutts.
It's a mutt disguised as a "designer dog." Please don't fall for it. Anyone breeding these dogs is only in it for the money and will sell a poor quality dog to the first person that shows up with the money. There are thousands of "designer dogs" in shelters and rescues waiting to be adopted. If you'd like a mix of either of these breeds, look into pug rescue or pekingese rescue. They sometimes pick up mixes of the breeds they specialize in.
