I have to say that I agree with Big D. It definitely does sound like she has kennel cough. My 3 dogs went to a kennel once and all came back with the same symptoms. As far as I know, there is no cure for kennel cough. I was a bit angry because before they go to stay in a kennel, they are supposed to have the kennel cough vaccine aka bordatella. So I took them to the vet to have the shot and they still got sick!! I would take her to the vet to find out if thats what it is. Good luck!
Sounds like it might be a case of kennel cough, although it could also be irritation form the breathing tube used for anesthesia. If you are realy concerned, call the people you bought her from and ask for the number of the vet who spayed her. Then you can call them, and describe what's going on. The vet will tell you if she needs to be seen. Congrats on your new dog!
