Question:I love my doggy. Mine looks more like a king cavalier. I want to know how anyone elses dog behaves. Also called a cavacocker.

People are really mean aren't they? You know they would not dare talk like that to your face..
I honestly don't know what one looks like. but since the king cav tends to have serious issues with their brains due to the skull being so small, mixing with a cocker would probably help that issue a lot. And I am a spaniel lover, and love both breeds. I am sure you have a very wonderful little dog!
Don't let the mutt squad get you down, they love to be snobs! And they seem to forget, all breeds were onced mixed, and technically still are. Bichon is a spaniel and poodle mix for example.

Whatever you call them, they are still mixed breeds. Why pay top dollar for a so-called "designer dog" with fake papers? Adopt a dog from a shelter or find a good purebred breeder by going to www.akc.org or talking to people at dog shows. Sorry if this hurts your feelings - I'm sure you love your dog and your dog loves you. There are just too many dogs being put to sleep every day for people to be deliberately breeding mutts.
Although I'm sure your dog is wonderful and very deserving of your love, two things:
1. Seriously -- why the dumb "No, really, this is a legitimate breed! Really!" combo names? If you have a mixed breed dog that looks like a Cavalier, call it a Cavalier mix. Is that so wrong?
2. Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. Not "King Cavalier" -- unless you're talking about the ruler of a mystical canine-inhabited city in a land far, far away. Then it's all good.
i read your whole post and i love all dogs i understand what you mean i have been around all the dog mixes and learned about them i saw 5 once and they were all a little playful there a nice breed and say hi to your dog to me
