The first thing you need to do is not make light of her behavior that you do not wish to reinforce! If you lol at her she will not take you seriously!Be consistent!
Do not punish her...physically...ever! Reward her w/ positive reinforecement.et al "good dog"
Praise is the biggest training tool you have.
Consistency! Over and over and over again...she will get it I train Police dogs for our State Police Department and can not stress often enough the usefulness of being positive! The dogs will sense even the slightest change in your handling of them. Best of luck to you! And you are to be acknowledged for rescuing your Rottweiller!
Watch out for JAN FENNELL on TV., or borrow her books from the Library.
What this woman doesn't know about training dogs you could write on a grain of rice!
Good luck!
You must start from the beginning and establish YOU as the lead dog! If you let her in the house and treat her like a human and think of her like a human you are causing the problems. She is a DOG, A pack animal. In the pack she has dogs more senior and others below her in the pecking order. It is clear in your home she does not know her place as a dog! Her behavior shows it and is typical. Put her on a choke coller and lead and make her walk close to you and yank on the coller each time she pulls on you. Do not talk to her let her read your body language. SHE CAN! You can make a Sush or Tut! sound to emphasis, but don't speak to her! Thats how dogs communicate. Barking is the sign of extreme tension and biting is the same show of fear/unease! Do not give treats. Dogs don't give treats to each other and they do not underestand generosity! It confuses them! It's a bit more involved than this but I am trying to give you a shove in the right direction. email me at mulesspain@yahoo.co.uk if you need more help. muleman
First call a spade a spade, there is no such thing as a "little naughty biting", she bites and won't come probably because she is a dominate Rott which most are and if you are not Alpha she will take over. Along with obed school you can use the No Free Lunch method to help you gain control. It will not get better by itself so TRAIN the dog. Rotties are a dominate strong breed and not for first time dog owners. Many end up being euthanized because they got in the habit of biting when asked to get out of a chair, you walked by their food, wanted their toy or petted them after they told you they had enough. Being a rescued dog does not excuse her behavior, I have 7 "rescues" and all are obed trained, well behaved and the 2 big dogs are titled.
Hi
You can find very useful info on training pets on http://petstraining.petscenteronline.inf... . Have a great time with your loving pets!
Why do people insist on answering questions on a breed when they obviously have no personal experience of that breed? Well done on rescuing one of this special breed. Find a good local training class which will teach you how to train your dog by kind methods. Someone on this list should be able to help:

Good Luck with her
Please do not go by muleman and put a choke chain on your dog as you have 50 per cent chance of putting it on wrong and could do some damage. Join classes at your local club. They are not as expensive as you think.
Good Luck
Don't bother with training schools any one can train their dog it! Buy a training book they help alot!!
And if this doesn't help call its me or the dog! Lol I'm sure you'll be fine
