you should wash out his mouth and call a vet. chances are he could get sick unless he has a really good immune system. he might be fine but you don't want to take that risk. if the body's been buried for 2 weeks then it is probably half rotted, covered in dirt and flies, which could end up being swallowed. but dont blame yourself i once read this article where a dog was found chewing on a dead baby...

Give him few Antiworm or Deworm tablets with milk and and food he likes and before that clean him well.
Please take the dog to the vet. You don't know what the cat died of.
