what does the dog weigh?
You may want to state what City and State you are in and provide the type of dog, etc.
You may want to try asking that question again and provide more details (Location, Breed, Age, etc). You can also go to http://forum.dog.com/asp/ and post your situation under 'Dogs Needing Homes'. I did it and had success.

May i also ask.why would you even consider moving to a place where they don't allow pets if you have one already? we dogs in rescue from people who don't plan like this all the time. there are many cities that have pet-friendly apartments. here in indianapolis, there are some that even allow large breed! look harder for a new place.
