Question:im 13 and i wanna buy a puppy lab and i dont know how much the puppy wil cost but i know how much the dogs necessities will be
Answers:
Hi- I am a breeder of Labs. I own 4 currently and they have ranged in price from $500-$1200. It depends a lot on the bloodline, temperment, titles, ealth clearances and location. You also want to be sure that you buy a pup with a hip/eye guarantee and make sure the parents have had their clearances too. For breeders this is costly and part of the reason for the buyers price but if they are not done then the pup may be prone to it and you will spend lots more later in vet bills. Dogs that do not have these clearances should not be bred because it will just keep passing bad genes.
Good luck. Labs are a wonderful breed and you will enjoy them. Also don't forget that can you find lab rescues in your area or labs at shelters and you'll feel just as great because you saved a life too!
My area around 2-4 houndred dollars.
Depends on were you get them.
In pounds they can be 100- 35 dollars.
Purebred and all that Jazz can be like 350-1000
A lab pup from a good breeder can cost up to 500 dollars and up. Go to www.petfinder.com and see how much they cost near you.

Hi, good choice! I have a yellow lab, female. She is ten and was a pup when I got her. She cost $200.00, she had her shots and dew claws removed. She was worth every penny of it and then some.
look at your local shelter... they usually have dogs for about
$100-250. And u help save a life, and the money goes for a good cause, to help animals in need.
~glad to help!

As the worlds most popular breed there is a glut of Lab puppy's around. So you can find litter after litter where the breeder has 2 or 3 puppy's left that they can't sell, all you have to do is look around and be patient.
Then it depends on what you want the dog for. If you are just looking for a pet, no problem. If you are looking for a hunting buddy or a competitive dog, then you have some homework ahead of you.
Could be $10-$20,000!
Why don't you check out the website and learn all you can about them, and why some breeders charge more.
Pay particular attention to hereditary disease and how REPUTABLE breeders can screen breeding dogs to reduce the chances of producing sick or lame puppies.
Heck, you could even join as a junior member for a year and really become immersed in the breed.
There are so many things you can do with a lab. Junior showmanship, obedience, agility, conformation showing, hunt tests, etc.
Have fun!
I have two labs, a yellow & a chocolate. Both costs very different. When originally checking out for a lab I saw ads from breeders ranging anywhere from $250 - $1500. It will all depend where you get your pet from and what they do to them...meaning, dew claws removed, dewormed, chip, shots are from "royal" bloodlines, papers...
My yellow I bought was from a farmer. She was born in a barn with her siblings and paid $350. My chocolate we bought was actually from a Lab Rescue. Unsure where you are located but they do have rescue centers just for labs. Our chocolate was 3 months, all shots and he was $200. He is great! They both are! Just remember with labs, they need room to run, can be very hyper, love attention and they are very loyal and very good with families. The site we got our Chocolate from is:

Just type in lab rescue in google and you will come up with a lot of sites.
Good luck!
