DOUGNUT. doughnut could be a good name if hes tan and black.
doughnuts are tanish colour and usually have a chocolate covering. plus doughnut is a very orginal name. not many other ppl would have a doberman named doughnut.

Well, he is going to grow up to be a big tough looking dog, so give something appropiate, like Butch,or Samson.
Diesel? I can't say I like that name, but I like the name Samson, like another answerer posted. Dobermans are strong dogs, so try naming him a strong name.

diesel sounds like a cute name. I like scary names for dogs. Makes stranger stay away from your backyard when they hear you call your dog's name. I once have a dog I name Terror. He is a little dog but barks like a BIG DOG! =)

Doberman need a strong name i would also have a name for a strong dog but don't go with killer or kojo those have been over used since dobey originate from German you can go with German names like
