You can try calling the AZ ASPCA sometimes they will help with medical bills as long as she has been spayed. You could also try applying for care credit, it is a line of credit available if you qualify that will pay for vet bills and it allows you to make monthly paments unil it its paid in full All of the EAC in phx take it and many hospitals too.
not from me!
I can't really help you since I don't know where you live, but most bigger cities do have low cost vet clinics, so just call some vets and see if they know of any in the area. Also, almost all vets will take payment plans with just a small percentage down.
Oh stop the nonsense. There are vets open at all hours, from the regular nine-to-five to the emergency vet that is open on evenings, weekends and holidays. GET HER TO THE VET! It is her RIGHT BY LAW to receive proper care and to deny it is abuse. Can you imagine the pain she has been going through?! You have waited so long, even with a vet's help her leg may heal shorter than the other one giving her a permanent limp due to your tardiness. The longer you wait, the bigger the vet bill -- unless you intend to euthanize her. If you let it go TOO long, that choice will be taken out of your hands because infection will take over.
Get off your lazy butt and get her in. YOU have to make the effort (yes, that's work) and look around and make calls and ASK. That is the responsibility of pet ownership. If you cannot provide proper care to a pet, then you have no right to have one.

This one is a card that is accepted by vets, and I think the first thing you put on it is interest free, and you have 18 months to pay it off. It's also instant approval, and you can print out a sheet, and take your dog to the vet ASAP, and they can accept that sheet of paper.
