Question:i put her puppy in her dog house but she takes him out of the house and kind of hides him under the tree...its a german shorthaired pointer...what should i do?

Sounds like she is doing an instinctual behavior - hiding her puppy from possible enemies. If her puppy is hidden where only she knows, then the puppy is safe, right?
My dads dogs just had a litter and their vet told them that the dog probably feels this is the safest place for her puppies to be. If you know this place probably isn't safe you might want to keep moving them inside and give them a quiet place to stay the mother may get upset but if its not safe they need to be moved. If it does seem safe or if you can make it safe you should leave them there so not to frustrate the mother.
The dog and pup should be in the house. If you are going to be a responsible pet owner you should care for them properly. The dog and pup need a quiet place and one where you can keep an eye on them both.
Definitely don't put the puppies in the dog house or outside at all. They should be kept inside. If you cannot take care of your puppies properly don't breed your dogs.
