I need an organization that is willing to rescue a white male german shepherd for free?

Question:I'm widowed and going back to school full time and on a limited budget. Frosty is beautiful but is frightened of high pitched noises, loud noises, thunder storms, fire crackers, lawn mower, weed eaters, etc. I love him, but can,t give him the time and attention he badly needs. My two other dogs are not so high maintenance. Frosty didn't start out this way, but somewhere along the way has become this way. Please someone I need some humane way of dealing with my emotional dog!

You should definitely learn about craigslist.org.
It is a website where you can list or find anything,
anywhere. It is Cyber want ads only better. I would take your poor Frosty dog if I could but I have two cats. Also, I am a returning student. I totally am available to talk if you want. Also, we had a dog that was so sound sensitive. We just kept her distracted if we couldn't stop the noise.
Love,SAL PS. what school and where?
