Question:i got her from the pound and they said she was an Aussie Shep mix. She had a white sister with her and she's about a year old. Her name's Annie. I asked this question the other day and I'd like to know from a few other people.

She has the paws of a Staffordshire Terrier and looks to be a mix with possibly a sheltie giving it the little bit of a longer coat. Looks kind of like our Chamois and that was the mix he was... super good with the kids and very guarding of strangers driving up the drive.

Oh my goodness.that is the most adorable dog! How lucky she is to finally have a home away from the shelter! She looks to have some aussie in her. She is gorgeous!

She looks like an australin shepard and mixed with something. She is a beautiful dog!!
She looks like she also has some collie and hound mix in her. Maybe a little terrier too. She probably has a very colorful background so its hard to say. Well good luck with her! She's a cutie!
Aussie Shep and Border collie, Aussie shep and beagle one of those
She does have some Sheppard in her but I also see some Terrier maybe Jack Russell Terrier. Good for you!! I'm glad you adopted so many people buy when there are so many animals that need homes. She's definitely a cutie and she has beautiful colors.

this is my friend's email address. yes, she's part aussie shep but does anyone know what else she is?
and thanks for the complamints
I think the pond was right, most of pound do blood test too know what they are. BTW that was a cute picture...
I would have said a Collie mix because of her coloring. She's adorable though. You didn't get her sister? Thats a shame!!
She just does not look that much like an Australian shepherd mix to me - which usually feature longer coats and different color patterns. The body shape looks a little like an Aussie's though - and whites do appear in Aussies occasionally (often deaf). Perhaps she just doesn't favor that side of her bloodlines as much. I am thinking maybe more along the lines of an Australian Cattle dog (also known as a heeler), maybe mixed with lab or a hound breed.
Kind of hard to tell sometimes when they're young pups, but she sure is cute :)
A mutt
aussie mix with maybe basinji??
1st of all ADORABLE!
2nd I think it might be an aussie and some mix.

What ever she is, she is a beaut! What a cool dog.
I would say it is a begal mix the ears are not quit all begal but the tri color and the size, coat, and tail are all good solid begal.
She looks more like a collie mix than a aussie mix to me. Google pics of smooth coated collies and see what you think.
She looks like a collie and austalian shepherd mix with maybe some border collie also. I hope this helps.
