Help with dog paper train?

Question:I have a pug who came alredy paper trained and she is good at it, never fails, its been 2 years and no problem, a week ago my daugther rescue a puppy pitbull, and even thou we put paper, he sometimes does it there, but mostly he pees and poops all over, I am tired and overwhelmed with the cleaning, HELP! he also whines if I confined him in the kitchen for safety purposes and barks hard, I mean I need help. it was easy to raise my pug but my pitbull even thou he is sweet and mellow, he is a handfull, please answer me,,,, Norma

Try using dog pads that have a special scent, so your dog would pee there. When he does it, you have to praise him and tell him its the right thing. Its best if you could give him a treat. Next time, if it looks like your dogs going to pee, get a treat and he would follow the treat to the pad.
