American Bulldogs are the tallest and generally the heaviest (if you only count American, English, and French). There are "Oldie" bulldogs, which are really just a crossbreed of American and English, that are probably the heaviest type. French are by far the smallest.

American Bulldog. I had one for 15 years. Best dog i ever had. He weighed 90 lbs, he was solid muscle. They can weigh upwards to 120 lbs.
An American Bulldog. Mine is small shes 75lbs and all muscle they can get up to 110lbs. They are very friendly dogs :)
