Dog lovers can you help with our petition ?

Question:Plese click on this site to sign our petition. A police officer in Redding Ca. pepper sprayed, then tazered, then shot, then run over a loose pittbull, then shot again until he finally after alot of suffering died. The owner lived where the dog was loose and animal control was also on the scene but the police I guess found it necessary to use this unnecessary force. Please we need more signatures to ensure this does NOT happen again.

Answers:
I signed the petition, the officer was wrong for handling the situation the way he did. He should have been the one at the scene thinking clearly, instead he let his authority go to his head and didnt care that he was stepping out of line by preventing someone else from doing their job. Animal control should have had an opportunity to handle the situation.

BUT...his owners are at fault as well!

Done!
Signed! Hope you receive many more signatures, and good for you for trying to help with that case. That officer can rot in hell, for all I ******* care.
Done and will email my friends with this link!
dogs that don't behave should by shot. Especially pit bulls. Two pit bulls killed an innocent lady in SF. What kind of monster would try to save a dogs life? Especially a killer running loose. His owner should be locked up also.
You need to contact PETA, they can get much accomplished. The petition is a very good idea, but I don't believe it will have as much impact as PETA would have. In the State I live in a child was attacked by a pit bull and almost killed. The owner was irresponsible to let the dog run loose and not secure him. I love all animals, have three dogs and three indoor cats. I would never dream of not securing my dogs, it is for their safety as well as my neighbors safety. One must be a responsible pet owner. A well made fence would prevent this from happening, I feel sad that this dog had to suffer and charges should be brought against the animal abuser. Let PETA help you in this, they have sued very successfully in the past and won. Good Luck.
